How long does shipping take?

Our standard shipping time is 3-5 business days. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and can vary due to factors outside our control.

What shipping carriers do we use?

We use a variety of shipping carriers to ensure the best possible delivery service for our customers. This includes USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL among others. The carrier used for your shipment will be selected based on your location and the size of your order.

How can I track my order?

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping Is FREE for all orders over $50. Orders under that amount are subject to a $6.99 shipping fee

Where do you ship?

We Ship to 49 states. With Idaho being the exception.

Can I change my order once its been placed?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to change your shipping address. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the address.

How can I sign up for a subscription?

Joining the NO COAST subscription club is a breeze and totally hiccup-free! To start saving with NO COAST, select your favorite products on our subscription page. You’ll be presented with the choice to either purchase a one-time order at the standard price or opt for a recurring subscription and enjoy a 20% savings on each order. Deciding to subscribe means you'll never run out of NO COAST and you'll save on every shipment.

How can I swap Items on my subscription?

You have the option to swap your flavor from your account on the subscriptions tab.

Can I skip a shipment?

You can also log in to your account, click on your subscription and click "skip next order”

Can I get a subscription sooner than planned?

Absolutely! Just log in to your account, click "Manage Subscriptions" and click "Set next order date," then choose your date. Easy as that!

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes you can cancel at anytime. just go to your subscriptions tab and you can easy cancel from there. Don't know why you would though!

How do I request a refund?

If your item is lost or damaged. Please contact sales@nocoastmn.com

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns of any consumable products purchased online.
